The Otto Cap® Distressed Dad Hat (104-1018) is designed for comfort, style, and a modern worn-in look. Made from pre-shrunk cotton twill, it features distressed detailing on the crown and brim, giving each hat a slightly rugged, lived-in appearance.

The unstructured, low-profile 6-panel design creates a relaxed fit that’s easy to wear daily. A soft crown enhances comfort, while the adjustable hook-and-loop closure allows for a customizable fit. With a seamed front panel and multiple embroidery locations, this hat is well-suited for logos, branding, or custom designs across a variety of styles.
